To permanently delete a Roland Cloud / DW account, perform the following steps.
Please note that an account cannot be deleted while there is an active paid membership attached to the account.
If you are logging into DW Backstage (https://www.dwdrums.com/backstage/login), click ACCOUNT SETTINGS > SETTINGS > Delete Account.
- Log in to the Roland Cloud website at www.rolandcloud.com.
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right of the screen.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "DELETE ACCOUNT".
- Click on "DELETE ACCOUNT".
Bear in mind that this cannot be undone, and you will permanently lose access to any lifetime keys, loyalty rewards, and the ability to use that email with Roland Cloud in the future.
