By checking these points, you should be able to address the issue of DWe Control not opening.
-
Check DrumLink Hub Connection:
On a Mac, locate the dw logo in the upper right side of the menu bar. On Windows, find it in the System Tray near the lower right side. If there's a slash through the logo, it means the DrumLink Hub is not connected. Click on the logo to open the DWe Control Trigger Interface.
-
Reopen from Applications/Programs:
To reopen DWe Control, go to your application folder (Mac) or list of applications in the start menu (Windows) applications/programs folder and locate the DWe Control icon. Click on it to reopen the application.
-
Exit DWe Control Properly:
If you've exited DWe Control by clicking the logo and selecting "exit," the logo might not be visible in the menu bar or system tray.
-
Create Quick Access:
For convenience, consider placing the DWe Control icon in the Dock (Mac), pinning it to the taskbar (Windows), or creating a shortcut/alias on the desktop. This makes it easier to access the application in the future.
