By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with the Pitch Bend feature not working on the toms in DWe Control.
Enabling the Pitch Bend option and ensuring proper settings in both DWe Control and DW SoundWorks will help you utilize this feature effectively.
-
Verify DrumLink Hub and Pairing:
1. Ensure that the DrumLink Wireless Hub is properly recognized by DWe Control.
2. Confirm that all the drum set instruments are paired and visible in the left pane of DWe Control.
-
Select Instrument and Check Option:
1. In DWe Control, select a Snare Drum or Tom that you want to enable the Pitch Bend feature. Then, click on the "OPTION" tab for the selected instrument.
2. In the "OPTION" tab, confirm that the "PITCH BEND" option is checked for the selected Snare Drum or Tom. Enabling this option allows the Pitch Bend functionality for the chosen instrument.
-
Adjust Pitch Bend Range (as needed):
If the Pitch Bend range needs adjustment, you can modify this setting in DW SoundWorks. Open DW SoundWorks and navigate to the Kit or Cell View, then from the Articulations pane on the right, choose Playback Options from the drop-down menu located on the upper right hand corner of the Articulations pane. This will open the Playback settings view where you can adjust the amount of pitch bend desired.
